We Offer Maintenance Plans

In the state of Texas, residential on-site septic systems are required to have a maintenance contract with a licensed provider for at least the first two years after installation. Some counties require a maintenance contract to be in place in perpetuity for septic systems. We provide maintenance plans for all of our customers for the first two years after a new installation. After those two years, customers will receive an optional contract renewal. The maintenance program is essential to extend the life of the pumps that keep the tank operating efficiently, and to prevent back-ups. We provide inspections at least 3 times per year, and waive the service call fee for anyone in contract with us when they need something to be checked out. S&R provides maintenance for over 1000 individuals in Texas on a variety of different types of systems.
