We are a growing construction company based in East Texas that offers a full range of services for a wide variety of residential, and commercial projects.

The business was started by Steve Mathews, and his wife Ronisa Mathews, in 2002 as a small business that was focused on installing septic systems. His father Sam Mathews manufactured concrete septic tanks for over 30 years and opened the first franchise of Cajun-Aire septic systems in East Texas. We still use his design on our septic systems today, and many other installers purchase our septic tanks from our manufacturing plant as well.

We're fully licensed in Texas to provide a variety of services to construction projects, including contracting, sanitation, and site evaluations. We are licensed as an interstate non-hazardous material carrier.

Over the course of a few years S&R became a top-notch provider dirt work services, starting with land clearing and house pads, and now to grading for commercial pads, and parking lots, soil stabilization, and storm and sewer drain systems.
